OUR CLASSES

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Bendy Bodies Yoga & Mindfulness classes are fun adventures including stories, breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, relaxation and visualisation.
Classes are aimed at children age 3 to 12 and are between 30 minutes and 45 minutes long, dependant on age group and venue.

School Group Classes

These classes take place at preschools and primary schools, either as an extra-mural or an in-class activity and can be customised to meet the school's needs or fit into current themes.

Studio Group Classes

Children's yoga classes are included as part of a studio timetable at various studios.

Private Group Classes

Private group classes can be arranged for siblings, cousins, a group of friends, birthday parties or events.

One-on-One Private Classes

Private one-on-one classes can be arranged in your home or at a studio or venue of your choice.

Online Private Classes

Private, one-on-one, online classes can be arranged using Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts.

Online Group Classes

Group online classes take place using Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts. We are also offering pre-recorded classes on a month-to-month basis, uploaded weekly onto a private YouTube channel
